Qualifications

• CNC programming experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Proficiency with CAD software and CNC programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, tooling, and materials.
• Familiarity with equipment and manufacturing standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for laser cutting, punching, press brake, and other sheet metal equipment.
• Interpret drawings, CAD models, and customer specs to determine manufacturing requirements.
• Select tooling, materials, and methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Design manufacturing fixtures as needed and establish routings per standards.
• Collaborate with production to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, review manufacturability, and support quotes.
• Prepare quality documentation and assist with audits and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate packaging, shipment, and on-time delivery of finished goods.
