Talent Solutions Partners recruits a CNC Programmer for a manufacturing client focused on sheet metal fabrication. The role blends CNC programming, process planning, and cost estimating to support high-quality production and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on programming experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with production, sales, quality, and shipping teams.

Formación

• Hands-on CNC programming experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Experience with CAD software and CNC languages.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across production, sales, quality, and shipping.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for laser cutting, punching, press brake, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and customer specifications to determine manufacturing requirements.
• Select tooling, materials, and production methods to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
• Design manufacturing fixtures as needed.
• Establish manufacturing routings in accordance with applicable standards.
• Work closely with production personnel to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.
