Talent With Heart is recruiting a CNC Programmer for a manufacturing client. This role blends CNC programming, process planning, and cost estimating to support sheet metal fabrication, efficient production, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on CNC programming experience, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with production, sales, quality, and shipping teams to ensure quality results.

Competenze

Demonstrated CNC programming experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Proficiency with CAD software and CNC programming languages.
Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, tooling, and materials.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for laser cutting, punching, press brake, and other sheet metal fabrication equipment.
Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and customer specifications to determine manufacturing requirements.
Select tooling, materials, and production methods to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
Design manufacturing fixtures as needed.
Establish manufacturing routings in accordance with applicable standards.
Work closely with production personnel to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes.
