Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creates nest sheets for plasma tables using nesting software.
• Uses CAD files to produce material cut sheets.
• Reviews all CNC drawings.
• Reviews heat numbers on cutsheets, making sure they match ERP and bill of ladings.
• Optimizes material usage using nesting software.
• Audits material inventory.
• Analyzes job orders, drawings, blueprints, and specifications in order to calculate dimensions, tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates.
• Determines reference points, machine cutting paths, or hole locations, and computes dimensions and curvatures.
