Job summary

IronLeaf Designs in Pineville, NC is seeking two skilled CNC and plasma machine operators to set up and run CNC router and plasma cutting equipment according to drawings and production requirements. Candidates should have at least three years of hands-on experience operating CNC router, laser, plasma, or similar manufacturing equipment, and be able to read blueprints and perform basic programming.

You will work across CNC and plasma equipment, troubleshoot issues, maintain safety and quality

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on CNC router, laser, plasma, or similar machine operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC and plasma cutting equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to operate and become proficient on multiple machines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC router and plasma cutting equipment according to specifications and production requirements.
• Operate laser equipment as needed based on experience and production needs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and production documentation.
• Load materials, select tooling, and prepare machines for production.
• Perform machine programming and make adjustments as needed.
• Monitor machine operation and maintain quality and consistency.
• Measure and inspect completed parts to verify dimensions and tolerances.
