Job summary

AW Technical Center USA is seeking an experienced Production Engineering Specialist focused on CNC machining and automation in Clinton, TN. You will support manufacturing and maintenance by troubleshooting production issues and exploring new methods to cut costs and boost efficiency.

The role also drives new product launches and line improvements. Key duties include root-cause analysis of CNC issues, tooling improvements, and implementing corrective actions for quality concerns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 4–6 years related experience.
Experience reading CNC programs and editing; macro programming a plus.
Ability to work with metric measurements to micron level.
Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD LT.

Responsibilities

Root cause analysis of CNC machining production issues and coordinate countermeasures.
Develop tooling improvements to reduce costs and improve quality.
Investigate customer quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
Draft and maintain production documentation.
Manage new equipment projects from specification to installation and training.
