Job summary

Qualifications

• S. from a four-year college or university in an Engineering field or four to six years experience in a related field.
• Ability to read and edit CNC programs with macro programming is a plus.
• Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD LT; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis of CNC machining production issues and coordinate countermeasures.
• Develop and execute tooling improvement plans to reduce cost or improve quality.
• Investigate customer quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Draft and maintain production control documentation.
• Explore new methods/tech and evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage new equipment projects including specs, installation and training.
