Responsibilities

• The incumbent is expected to perform root cause analysis of production issues related to CNC machining.
• Develop and execute plans for tooling improvements to reduce cost or improve quality.
• Investigate customer quality concerns and implement corrective countermeasures.
• Draft and maintain documentation required to control production of a product.
• Investigate new methods and technology to improve efficiency and reduce operating cost.
• Manage new equipment projects, including specification development, installation and training.
