Job summary

AISIN is seeking a Process Engineer in Clinton, TN for the Machining department. The candidate will apply CNC machining and automation expertise to support manufacturing and maintenance, troubleshoot production issues, and drive efficiency through new methods and capital projects.

The role covers new product launches, tooling improvements, and line optimization, with responsibilities in project management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CNC programming and machining processes.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis of CNC machining issues and coordinate countermeasures.
• Develop tooling improvements to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Implement corrective actions for customer quality concerns.
• Draft and maintain production documentation.
• Research new methods and technologies to improve efficiency.
• Manage new equipment projects: specs, installation, training.
