Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 4–6 years related experience.
• Experience with CNC machining and automation preferred.
• Ability to read and edit CNC programs; macro programming is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis of CNC machining issues and coordinate countermeasures.
• Develop tooling improvement plans to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Investigate customer quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Draft and maintain production documentation for processes.
• Investigate new methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage new equipment projects from specification to installation and training.
