Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Machine Operator I to operate CNC machines and assemble parts to specification, producing small to mid-sized components for varied products. The role is onsite with a Monday–Thursday 6:00 am–4:30 pm schedule, emphasizing accuracy and safety.

You will set up and run machines, use hand and pneumatic tools, perform measurements with precision instruments, document production data, and report any quality issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Operate a variety of hand tools and understand mechanical processes
• Read and interpret safety and maintenance instructions
• Basic arithmetic for measurements and unit conversions

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts
• Position parts using fastening devices
• Use hand-held and pneumatic tools
• Operate lift equipment as needed
• Use precision measuring tools for quality checks
• Verify accuracy of finished product or batch
• Report defects or non-conformities to supervisor
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety rules
• Complete in-process paperwork and production sheets
