The position is onsite on the 1st shift in Indiana, with competitive benefits and a $20–$25 per hour pay range. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years CNC experience and good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years CNC machining experience.
• G-code knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in machine setup, tool changes, offsets, and program adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operates CNC machines to produce production parts and assemblies.
• Operates manual machines such as saws, mills, and lathes.
• Positions parts using fastening devices.
• Uses precision measuring tools to verify accuracy.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows safety regulations.
