Job summary

Cadrex is seeking a Machine Operator I to operate CNC machines and assemble components in alignment with program and product specifications. The role involves positioning parts, using a range of tools, and ensuring quality through precise measurement and inspection.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, familiarity with mechanical and electrical basics, and the ability to work safely in a on-site environment with standard M-F hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to operate a variety of hand tools and understand mechanical processes.
• Basic electronics knowledge and hydraulics understanding.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce parts and assemblies.
• Position parts using fastening devices per specifications.
• Use hand-held, electrical, and pneumatic tools as required.
• Operate lift equipment when needed.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Report deviations or non-conforming products to supervision.
