Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced Machinist to set up and operate CNC lathes and mills in a fast-paced environment. You will read blueprints, follow process sheets, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of related machining experience.
• Ability to read/interpret work instructions and blueprints in English.
• Must pass machinist test measuring mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills per process sheets and blueprints.
• Perform machine set ups and adjust tooling and offsets as needed.
• Inspect own work for dimensions and maintain quality standards.
• Document production activities and support problem resolution.
