Tom Trese Networking LLC in Warminster Township, PA, is seeking a CNC Milling Setup/Machinist to set up and run complex 4- and 5-axis jobs on MAZAK, HAAS, or CHIRON mills. You will ensure first article inspection and hand off to operators while maintaining quality and efficiency.

You’ll read drawings, adjust speeds and feeds, document results, and train others. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential to keep cycle times optimized and parts compliant with specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set-up jobs on MAZAK, HAAS or CHIRON milling machines.
• Follow established processes; collaborate with programmers on instructions.
• Responsible for 1st piece approval and hand-off to operators.
• Strive to meet or exceed cycle time expectations.
• Make offsets, speed/feed and edits to improve cycle time and quality.
• Inspect deburred parts using gauges, micrometers and calipers.
• Operate machines between setups and document results.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
