Qualifications

Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
High school diploma or equivalent; machining certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC and manual mills, lathes, and related tools to produce parts to print specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine dimensions, tolerances, and sequence.
Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and work-holding methods for each job.
Write, change, and prove CNC programs; troubleshoot and adjust during production.
Inspect finished parts with precision instruments to verify specifications.
Report equipment issues promptly.
Coordinate with fabrication, weld, and assembly to keep parts on schedule.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per shop standards.
Document completed work, scrap, and downtime as required.
