Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical machining training preferred.
• Hands-on CNC milling experience with G-code proficiency.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality and safety.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines for precision components.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections with gauges.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist with machine maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineering and production to optimize cycles.
• Maintain organized, safe workstation and follow safety protocols.
