Job summary

Vast in Long Beach, CA is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist on the Second Shift to support development of hardware for space station programs. You will set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and lathes, read setup sheets, and ensure parts meet the in-process inspection plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and G code.
• Experience with multi-axis mills and lathes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills and lathes.
• Read setup sheets and tool lists.
• Perform first article inspections and in-process checks.
• Maintain machines and clean chips.
