Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years CNC machining experience.
• 3+ years CNC experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic arithmetic.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork.
• Capable of lifting 35 lbs and working second shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and program CNC machines for Raptor components.
• Perform precision set-ups on DMG, Niigata, and Heller equipment.
• Prioritize daily work to maximize machine uptime.
• Manage cutting tools and verify loads for upcoming programs.
• Deburr parts and ensure quality.
• Operate CMM and related inspection steps.
• Conduct weekly/monthly CNC preventive maintenance.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and 5S standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and share cross-training.
