EIMCo in Farley, IA is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist/Set Up for 2nd shift. You will run and set up CNC mills, ensure parts meet specifications, and support continuous improvements on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; crane certification required.
• Experience with CNC machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check machine assignment with the lead and discuss performance with prior shift operators.
• Produce parts on CNC machines according to specifications and production requirements.
• Set up parts for different production jobs and test machines after new programs.
• Maintain documentation, 5S, and PPE compliance; report quality issues.
• Train teammates and share expertise to improve department capability.
