Job summary

EIMCo is seeking a CNC Mill Operator for the 3rd shift at our Farley, IA facility. You will produce parts on CNC machines, verify alignment with specifications, and complete daily production records in our ERP system.

The role emphasizes adherence to quality standards, use of 5S practices, and safety protocols. A high school diploma or GED with manufacturing experience is preferred, with potential training for competency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Formal education or experience may be substituted with training when competency in the position is demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Check machine assignment with lead person and discuss performance.
• Produce parts on CNC machines per specifications.
• Unload and package parts per standards and customer requirements.
• Complete accurate daily records for every job in Shop Travelers and ERP.
• Follow ERP, Shop Traveler, inspection sheets and blueprints.
