Job summary

EIMCo in Farley, IA is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator for the 2nd shift to produce parts on CNC machines according to specifications and quality standards. You will document daily outputs, coordinate with the lead on assignments, and maintain cleanliness per 5S and PPE guidelines.

The role requires a willingness to learn the EIMCo process, basic mechanical experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background and machine operating experience are helpful.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on the EIMCo process.

• Ability to multitask on a wide variety of projects.

Responsibilities

• Check with lead person on machine and job assignment.
• Discuss machine performance with preceding shift operators.
• Produce parts on CNC machines per specifications and production requirements.
• Unload and package parts per EIMCo standards and customer requirements.
• Record daily data for each job in Shop Travelers and ERP.
• Follow EIMCo docs, including Shop Traveler, inspections, and blueprints.
