Job summary

EIMCo is seeking a CNC Mill Operator for the 3rd shift in Farley, IA to set up and run parts on CNC mills, ensuring conformance to drawings and production standards. The role requires adherence to safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include documenting work in ERP, coordinating with the lead, and maintaining equipment and tooling. Competitive benefits and overtime may apply per company policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year of industrial/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate CNC machinery and follow job instructions.
• Willingness to learn EIMCo manufacturing process.
• Able to use hand and power tools.
• Work in a fast-paced production environment and meet specs.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Check machine assignment with the lead person.
• Discuss machine performance with prior‑shift operators and any difficulties.
• Produce parts on CNC machines according to specifications and production requirements.
• Unload and package parts per EIMCo standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily records in Shop Travelers and ERP.
• Follow documentation including Shop Traveler, Inspection Sheets, and blueprints.
• Inform quality control or supervisor of any problems with parts.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and comply with 5S and PPE policies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
