The role requires hands-on leadership, strong collaboration with operations, quality, and maintenance, and the ability to balance daily production support with strategic improvements. Experience in high-precision, aerospace, or defense environments is a plus.
Qualifications
- Significant manufacturing engineering leadership in CNC environments.
- Experience transforming manufacturing through digital tools and automation.
- Hands-on with CNC programming, tooling, and fixture design.
Responsabilités
- Lead CNC-driven manufacturing methods, routings, setups, and work instructions.
- Provide direct technical support for CNC programming and setup optimization.
- Drive manufacturing transformation with a practical automation and AI roadmap.
- Coach and develop the engineering team while staying hands-on on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and leadership to address capacity, delivery, cost, and quality.
