Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred; apprenticeship in machining strongly considered.
• Experience with CNC and manual machining to tight tolerances; ability to read complex drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment to exact specs.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Perform machine changeovers and adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished parts and ensure tolerances using measurement tools.
• Troubleshoot and maintain machines to sustain productivity; promote Kaizen and safety.
