• Program CNC and interpret CAD/CAM designs.
• Perform precise changeovers and adjustments to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished parts and ensure tolerances.
• Lead troubleshooting and machine maintenance.
• Promote safety and 5S in the production area.
• Support kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
