Job summary
Rolls-Royce Corporation in Aiken, SC is seeking a CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to support heavy‑duty manufacturing. The role features shifts starting early morning with a shift premium, overtime opportunities, and an initial training period in Germany lasting 4–6 weeks.
You will monitor, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components, maintain coolant systems and MTM washing machines, and coordinate training for junior technicians while adhering to safety and quality
Qualifications
- Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance with 5 years’ experience, or apprenticeship with 7 years.
- Advanced knowledge of HELLER CNC machines and Siemens 840D CNC control.
- Experience with power tools, measuring devices, and machine maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components.
- Maintain Knoll cooling lubricant tanks and MTM washing machines.
- Oversee machinery and facility equipment and fluids.
- Monitor and order bulk Nitrogen.
- Repair transfer tanks.
- Document malfunctions and spare parts usage; coordinate training for juniors.
