Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is seeking a CNC Machine Maintenance Technician for the Aiken, SC area. The role supports full‑time day shift with training in Germany for 4–6 weeks and potential overtime.

A sign‑on bonus of $5,000 is offered to qualified candidates who meet the basic and preferred requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring and repairing mechanical and electrical components, maintaining coolant systems and MTM washers, and coaching junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or apprenticeship with 5–7 years in heavy‑duty machining maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of HELLER CNC machines and Siemens 840D CNC programming.
• Experience with various machine tools and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components of CNC machines.
• Maintain Knoll coolant systems and MTM washing machines; manage fluids and upkeep.
• Order bulk nitrogen and repair transfer tanks as needed.
• Document malfunctions and parts usage; track spare parts.
• Coordinate training and coach less senior technicians.
