Gibbs Die Casting Corp. seeks a CNC Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift to keep machines and production running safely and efficiently. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment to help deliver quality parts daily.

You will collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime, complete preventive maintenance, and document activities in MP2. A high school diploma or GED is required; technical training or an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or technical training is preferred.
• Minimum six months of related maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Electrical training and safety certifications (Lockout/Tagout, PLC) are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Keep production equipment in top working order through preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and boost efficiency.
• Complete all PM tasks per department specs.
• Record maintenance activities and parts used in MP2.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE at all times.
• Communicate issues, priorities, and solutions with the team and leaders.
• Support a culture of reliability and teamwork across departments.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
