Job summary

Hi-Tech Mold & Engineering, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC repair Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machining centers and other production equipment.

The role requires handling preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and related building tasks in a day-shift environment with overtime as needed. The candidate should have 4+ years of CNC repair experience, be proficient in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems, and be able to read

Qualifications

4+ years of CNC machine repair experience.
Ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns and perform repairs.
Mechanical skills in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance and repair of production machines.
Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust equipment.
Read manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service.
Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
Assist with building maintenance and other tasks as assigned.
Ensure safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
Operate forklift and crane as needed.
