Job summary

TECOMET seeks a 2nd or 3rd shift CNC Machinist with 3+ years of experience to produce machined parts and maintain quality standards. You will set up CNC machines, follow engineering drawings, and perform routine maintenance while adhering to GMP/GDP practices.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, plus relevant CNC experience and a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and documentation in a production environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC machining experience.
• Associate degree/certificate or apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.
• Math and English skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set-up CNC machines within specified tolerances.
• Perform progressive machining of parts and maintain tight tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and make minor offsets as needed.
• Ensure quality using OOQ standards and measuring equipment.
• Perform routine PM and hand finishing.
• Follow GMP/GDP and complete job routers/cards.
• Identify and report safety, health, and environmental issues.
• Record activities in job tracking system and support improvements.
