Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience training, coaching, or developing machinists or manufacturing employees.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into structured training, competency standards, and practical evaluations.
• Hands-on CNC machinist experience with tool setup and precision measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a structured machinist training program from onboarding to demonstrated competency.
• Coordinate instruction with qualified trainers, equipment, tools, and practice opportunities.
• Administer evaluations and certify skills after learners demonstrate safe, independent production.
• Monitor progress against milestones, update development plans, and provide coaching to close gaps.
• Serve as primary contact for trainees, supervisors, and trainers to ensure accountability.
