Job summary

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience training machinists or manufacturing staff.
• Hands-on CNC machining experience and setup.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into training and evaluations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with operations and HR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training framework and certifications.
• Coordinate hands-on machine operation, tooling, measurements, and inspection.
• Administer performance-based evaluations and certifications.
• Track progress, milestones, and development plans.
• Schedule training with production needs and communicate with supervisors.
• Identify qualified trainers and ensure consistent expectations.
