Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist II in Franklin, MA to set up, operate, troubleshoot and optimize CNC equipment including lathes, mills, and Swiss-style machines.

You will work in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment producing precision components per engineering drawings and production requirements. Strong program editing and inspection skills are essential for quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience, including machine setup and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
• Experience editing CNC programs and making machining process adjustments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in CNC environments.
• Medium to advanced computer skills and maintenance of production documentation.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills and Swiss-style machines.
• Edit existing CNC programs and adjust parameters to meet specs.
• Read blueprints, inspect parts and record measurements.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and support TPM activities.
• Machine various materials including stainless steel and nickel alloys.
• Participate in Lean initiatives and identify process improvements.
