Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC machining experience.
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines within specified tolerances per work instructions and drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC machining including progressive operations with close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and make minor offsets for wear.
• Ensure product quality with OOQ and measurement equipment readings.
• Maintain daily PM checklist and routine maintenance.
• Follow GMP/GDP and complete job routers/cards.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping in the work area.
• Record activities in the job tracking system.
