Job summary

MeeBoss in Franklin, MA seeks two experienced CNC Machinists II for a contract second shift to support precision medical device components. You will set up, operate, edit CNC programs, troubleshoot, and optimize lathes, mills, and Swiss-style machines while reading blueprints and maintaining records.

You will work with stainless steel, nitinol, nickel alloys, and other specialty metals, uphold GMP/ISO quality standards, and participate in lean improvements to ensure high-precision results on

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience with setup and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings.
• Experience editing CNC programs and adjusting machining processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and Swiss-style machines.
• Edit CNC programs and adjust machines to maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot machining processes and resolve equipment issues.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings.
• Inspect components for tolerance and quality, document results.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and TPM activities.
• Work with stainless steel, nitinol, nickel alloys, and other metals.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
