Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• Production environment experience preferred.
• GCSE/NVQ Math and English desirable (UK only).

Aufgaben

• Operate and Set-up CNC machines within specified tolerances following work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC Machinist work including progressive machining of parts and metals with close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and/or make minor offsets and adjustments as needed for tooling wear.
• Ensure product quality via OOQ standards and measurement readings.
• Perform routine maintenance per daily machine checklist and PM schedule.
• Record all activities in job tracking system.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping in work area.
• Follow GMP/GDP and complete job routers/cards.
