TECOMET is seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift CNC Machinist with 3+ years of experience. You will operate and set up CNC machines, maintain tight tolerances, and contribute to continuous improvement while ensuring quality and safety.

The role emphasizes GMP/GDP practices and accurate documentation. Ideal candidates have strong math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and Set-up CNC machines within tolerances according to work instructions and drawings.
• Perform progressive machining of parts and metals with close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and make minor offsets for wear.
• Ensure product quality by OOQ standards using measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance per PM schedule.
• Follow GMP/GDP and complete job routers/cards.
• Maintain safe working practices and report safety issues.
• Meet productivity targets and seek improvements.
• Record activities in job tracking system.
• Identify and support Continuous Improvement activities.
• Elevate manufacturing issues to supervision and maintain 5S housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
