Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Gardner, KS. The position is a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, offering a competitive hourly wage and a path to professional growth in a fully employee-owned company.

The successful candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances and ISO 9001 standards. We value precision, efficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Read and interpret geometric tolerances (GD&T).
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes and other machinery to produce items per specs.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging and inspections.
• Use precision tools such as drill presses and milling machines.
• Maintain and clean machinery and equipment regularly.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
