Job summary

WEBCO MFG in Osawatomie, KS is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our precision machining team. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with competitive hourly pay and strong potential for overtime.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and inspect parts to ISO 9001 standards. We offer an ESOP, a comprehensive benefits package, and a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
