Job summary

WEBCO MFG in Lenexa, KS, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our precision machining team. The shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, offering an ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of our growth.

You will operate CNC mills/lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet exact specifications with high quality. We value accuracy and teamwork in a homegrown, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret geometric tolerances.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools and equipment such as drill presses and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts per specifications.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Machining parts from various materials and maintain equipment.
