Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Ottawa, KS. The role is a Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm schedule focusing on efficient, precise machining to meet customer specifications with a strong emphasis on quality.

The environment is ESOP-owned with a competitive benefits package and quarterly bonus potential. The successful candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform measurements, and maintain equipment while adhering to ISO 9001

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform gauging/inspections.
• Understand Geometric Tolerancing.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Use precision tools and equipment (drill press, lathes).
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections to meet standards.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
