Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist in Gardner, KS to join the machining team. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with emphasis on precision and meeting customer specifications.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and perform measurements and inspections to ensure quality while following ISO 9001 requirements. The role promotes growth with an ESOP, quarterly bonuses, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
