WEBCO MFG, a growing employee-owned company, is seeking a CNC Machinist in Gardner, KS. The role focuses on precise machining to meet customer specs, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay range of $30.00–$40.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will operate mills, lathes and related equipment, reading blueprints and inspecting parts to ISO 9001 standards. We offer an air-conditioned shop, ESOP ownership, quarterly bonuses, strong benefits and OT opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to interpret Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Use precision tools and equipment such as a drill press and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items per specs.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging and inspections.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials; maintain machinery.
