WEBCO MFG, a growing local, employee-owned company, is seeking a CNC Machinist for a Monday–Friday day shift in Kansas. The role emphasizes precision and meeting customer specs through high-quality machining.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform gauging.
• Accurate interpretation of Geometric Tolerance (GD&T).
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery.
• Use precision tools such as drill presses and lathes.
• Read blueprints and perform measurements and inspections.
• Ensure work meets ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
