WEBCO MFG in Kansas is seeking a CNC Machinist to join an experienced machining team. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, with opportunities for overtime and quarterly bonuses.

The company emphasizes employee ownership through an ESOP and a strong benefits package. As a CNC Machinist you will operate mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform precise measurements, and ensure ISO 9001 quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-330pm, M-F.
• Perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
