Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team. The successful candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

This role supports ISO 9001 compliance while contributing to efficient, high-quality production. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience, strong math and measurement skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in machining.
• Ability to work 7am-330pm, M-F.
• Able to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret geometric tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools and equipment (drill press, lathes).
• Operate CNC mills and CNC lathes to produce parts as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections.
