Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. A successful Machinist will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections, and ensure parts meet exact specifications.

The position runs Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm, with overtime opportunities and a competitive benefits package, ESOP and quarterly bonus potential. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri.
• Must perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts.
• Read blueprints and perform measurements and inspections.
• Ensure parts meet ISO 9001 standards.
• Maintain and clean machinery and equipment.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
