Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team. The candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, measure, gauge, and inspect parts to meet customer specifications.

Our environment emphasizes quality, precision, and efficiency, with employee ownership through ESOP. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $30.00-$40.00, a Monday–Friday schedule (7am–3:30pm), and benefits including an ESOP, quarterly bonuses, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging, and inspections as required to ensure quality.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
