Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

As a Machinist you will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform measurements, and ensure work meets ISO 9001 quality standards. We offer an ESOP, quarterly bonuses, a strong benefits package, and a friendly, air-conditioned shop.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri.
• Basic math and reading blueprints.
• Interpret geometric tolerances (GPS).
• Attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, and other machinery to produce items per specifications.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections, ensuring ISO 9001 quality compliance.
• Regularly maintain and clean machinery and equipment.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
